When you use Plovora, we collect:

  • Account Information: Username and user ID from Telegram or Discord OAuth
  • Email Content: Emails sent to your temporary addresses (stored temporarily for forwarding)
  • Premium interest: When you explicitly register interest, we store that request and any optional email you provide. Signed-in requests can be associated with your account.
  • Usage Data: Address creation, forwarding activity, and service usage logs
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser information (anonymized)

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and improving the email forwarding service
  • Authenticating your account
  • Understanding demand for Premium and using an optional waitlist email for Premium launch updates
  • Sending emails to your designated forwarding destination
  • Maintaining service security and preventing abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, including D1 database, R2 object storage and Workers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We share data with:

  • Telegram: For OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Telegram)
  • Discord: For OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Discord)
  • Cloudflare: Our infrastructure provider
  • Your forwarding destinations: Emails are forwarded to Telegram or Discord as configured

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Logs: Anonymized after 90 days
